By accessing or using NextMigrant's website, tools, and services (including nextmigrant.com and its affiliated domains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services & No Legal Advice

NextMigrant provides technology tools, information, and resources to assist users with their immigration journey.

Important: NextMigrant is a technology platform, not a law firm or a licensed immigration consulting practice. We do not provide legal advice, representation, or guarantees of immigration success. All information provided is for informational and organizational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds

For our paid services and subscription plans:

• Pricing: Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless cancelled via your account settings.
• Refund Policy: Yearly plans may be eligible for a refund within the first 7 days of the initial purchase. Monthly plans and one-time service fees are non-refundable. Please read our refund policy for complete details.
• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time, but you must manually request a refund via our contact page if you believe you are entitled to one under our specific refund criteria. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform's code, design, logos, and generated reports are the intellectual property of NextMigrant. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

NextMigrant is not responsible for any decisions made by government agencies (such as IRCC) or for the accuracy of government-provided data (such as ATIP results). To the maximum extent permitted in Ontario, Canada, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
